Very nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff. I like that Buffalo Wild Wings was next door after a long ride we were able to quickly check in and walk over to eat. We will return to this hotel.
The ENTIRE taff was super friendly, even the cleaning staff greater us and asked if everything was okay! What a nice surprise!!! Just like the reviews stayed, breakfast was very good, this was also a nice surprise. Beds are comfortable and we always had a good night's sleep.
Front desk person not at desk and no way to contact them. After 10 minutes of waiting for him to arrive, he finally came back and checked us in. Will update review after departure tomorrow morning but this is not the standard of Holiday Inn.
I’ve read the reviews on this place while sitting in the parking lot and the number one issue is customer service. Being in the service industry, this hotel has been warned more than once about their front desk service and have even acknowledged, by their manager, Lea Canady, that they would address these concerns on the other reviews that complained about the very thing I’m complaining about here. We ended up not staying here due to not having the pack n plays.
Hotel from the outside looks nice but housekeeping needs to step it up inside. Floors in the entry, elevator and our room looked like they had not been mopped in weeks. Breakfast was ok, what you expect from a free breakfast (fake eggs, sausage, bacon, asst. breads and pancakes). In the room....Bed was comfortable, bathroom needed attention. The shower wouldn't drain, I was standing in water up to my ankles when taking a quick shower, the Kleenex box was empty and yes, the floors were gross. The pullout sofa didn't have a blanket and when we asked at the front, they gave us more sheets. For the price, we won't stay there again.
I arrived to the hotel late for a brief stay during a road trip. Facilities and room we're very nice. Large room, nice bathroom with walk in shower. Will stay again when passing through.
He then told us before he could go look he had to check the guests in that came in 5 minutes after us because we had been sitting there for 10 minutes during this transaction of swiping our card. After 15 minutes of checking the guests in that came in behind us, and then another 10 minutes of him looking to find the pack n plays, he came back out and said they didn’t have any available. He was also extremely rude and in unknowledgeable about the guest experience.

I can say that this is not the standards of most HI expresses I’ve been to but it is for this one. There is a La Quinta one exit up that has a knowledgeable staff and also is recognized on trip advisor. I suggest staying there as that’s where we ended up.
We asked Ulenzen, the front desk associate, prior to our check in if they had two pack in plays for our room. He advised us that they did so we swiped our card and he proceeded to give us a room key. We again asked if he could bring the pack n plays to the room and he acted like he didn’t know what they were and then told us he had to go check. Keep in mind, we already waited 10 minutes to even realize that someone worked at this location.
