Nice staff, clean room, but the shower was missing a shower curtain liner. Every time someone went in and out of their room, the door closing woke us up, so it ended up being a shorter night sleep than planned. You'd think the doors and walls would be thicker so you didn't hear every sound in the halls. The free buffet breakfast was quite nice. Even though there are restaurants close by, you can have breakfast without leaving the hotel, especially on a cold morning.
This was a really good option for us going from N. Texas to TN. It's a fairly new hotel. Very clean. The staff was uniformly - not just courteous - but, kind and engaging. Moreover, they weren't interested in nickling and diming you, but apparently in providing a welcoming experience. The facility was genuinely pet friendly, while seeing reasonable expectations about costs and fair treatment of the property. The downside of the visit: I wish the physical construction were improved by about 10% improved choice in materials, fit and finish. For instance, doors seemed slightly lighter and flimsier than I would have speced if I were designing. It wasn't bad, but I think if I were running the show, I'd want sturdier design. If you do stay here, there's good lighting of most of the parking lot. The arrangement of the curtains was such that - despite both of us looking - there appeared to be no darkening curtain, only the decorative lace curtain and the side curtains. So, we had this bright parking lot lights shining in the room all night. Only in the morning did we discover that the room-darkening curtain was actually there, way off to the side. Overall, we would/will definitely stop here again. The staff raised the stay to the next level.
CLEAN, SECURE AND QUIET. Every door needs accessed with a room key so only checked in guests can enter. Bed was king sized with four fluffy large pillows, room has a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer and iron with ironing board. All very clean and user friendly. Well stocked with big fluffy towels and shampoo/soap and conditioner. The place was very clean and warm color scheme which was soothing. Staff was friendly and efficient. Enjoyed our stay. Perfect for females traveling alone because it's secured so well and many restaurants within walking distance and heavy traffic so you don't feel isolated or alone. We definitely will stay here again ! Loved it.
Very good hotel! No issues with staff, stay, or accommodations. Hotel is wrapping up a remodel, and the rooms are clean and crisply presented. Nice overall stay. Room was clean and quiet, and the bed slept well. There is a decent selection of eating places near the hotel to choose from.
