Poor customer service. Bought my 5 year old girl a bat for softball at 6:30 in the evening on a Saturday. I immediately took her out and let her try it. We decided the length and weight was not right. At 1:30 on Sunday, the very next day, I brought it back to trade up and buy a bat that was $30 more expensive. They told me the bat was used and they would not exchange it. Yes, it's used, but only for 2 hours and she is 5. This was the first time in well over 2 years I have bought anything from this location and I won't be back.
