Usually love this papa johns, never have had any problems but coming up on an hour past estimated delivery time. I don’t believe in giving 1 star reviews but this is ridiculous!
I came in and all staff members were very friendly not just with me, but other customers as well. When my order was complete the employee helped take my order to my car. Since I had my 5 year yet old and a baby in my arms. It was wonderful to see someone go above their expected duties to assist a customer. Wish more people were that way.
Rude service at the drive up window. WhIle waiting for my pizza a young and hyper worker dropped my order on the floor causing one of 2 pizzas to need to be remade. (First pizza got cold waiting). While remaking my pizza, the same hyper young man was running and sliding through the mess on the floor. Maybe delivery would have been a better idea, then I wouldn't have had to watch this joke.
They brought me a pizza that looked like it went into a blender, seriously like something you would see on a movie, then took an hour and a half to bring me another. I will not be back. The delivery person had the nerve to give me an attitude when I took my pizza out there and showed them how messed up it was.
My go to pizza place. Yum.
