They are always so friendly! Not a long wait like other revenue office's.
Moral of the story here is: drive to Benton, it's worth saving a headache.
Gave me the run around while trying to simply get my license back. I get there at 9 AM and they tell me driver control isn't there so I had to call little Rocks DC department and they helped me with everything, Bryant sucks just like their police force considering they were investigated by the FBI for corruption and murder of arrested inmates in Saline!
The assistant manager Rachel is the rudest person I have ever met. She told me that my title was incomplete when it clearly wasn't. Told me that I pretty much have to drive my vehicle illegally because she WONT tag my vehicle. I had a clean bill of sell my title said my name and my mom's name on the title and it clearly said or in between it and said I was lying about it. She needs to be fired!!!
My ID got stolen and then l lost my ID in the same two week period both times while I was there I asked about voter registration (with two different representatives) and was told to go to Benton county clerk. I went to this office because I live in Bryant and thought it would be much easier. While we were at the county clerk, my boyfriend needed to get an address change done to his license so we walked down to the revenue office, the lady there was much more pleasant than some of the staff at Bryant AND she got him registered to vote in a matter of second with four easy questions! The staff at Bryant can come across as very unhelpful and seem like their whispers are much more important than what they are supposed to be doing. The Benton staff was exactly the opposite, there to do a task efficiently and effectively.
Called before I came asked what all I needed only to be told that the revenue manager wasn't going to help me as well as it was my problem.
Everyone in the revenue office with the exception of the manager was helpful
