I have been with them for many years. I started having major problems with them cancelling my insurance then paying to get it reinstated to have them not even two months later cancel my insurance again do to a vehicle I haven't had in over a year nor have I had insurance on it in over a year. Then had to pay to get my insurance back. So I found insurance somewhere else for over have the price. So I called to cancel my policy with them. They asked me what it would take to keep me there and I told them to bring my insurance down to 114.00$ a month and (MIND YOU) I have been with them for many many years. An they said well I can't do that. So that should tell you they don't really care for there customer it all about the money. They say they don't charge a cancellation fee but they took 243$ and some changa out of my checking account. Which they havent repaid yet and it been almost a month. My son also has a lot of problems with them.
