Very kind, friendly and very helpful employees. Much more so than when I went to Home Depot right before I went to Lowe's and couldn't find a employee to help in the area I needed. Two people helped me at Lowe's. I was looking for a new refrigerator and had looked online at this store. I thought I had found one and one employee was able to locate it in the back and let me see it enough to recognize the size was not compatible with my need. Then the other employee did a search for me and found exactly what I wanted and even though it had to be ordered, I'm thrilled to find what I was looking for! Super friendly and helpful! Excellent experience!!
Called to inquire if they still had Christmas lights and was told by the service desk that they weren’t open yet. Very rudely treated. Might I suggest that you don’t answer the phone if you are not open. Going elsewhere.
Staff is helpful and usually available. Much better than Home Depot. As a Resltor I recommend it to all my buyers and sellers who have projects to tackle.
