Our salesperson Cameron was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. We were unsure of whether the sofa sleeper would make it around a tight corner, and Cameron ensured we knew the dimensions before we left so there wouldn't be any issues. This is our 3rd purchase from Ashley's and we will keep coming back as long as they keep great people like Cameron around. I also appreciated the free delivery promotion for Veterans Day, and I liked that Cameron was not at all pushy like other salespeople I have encountered elsewhere.
I was in the market for a small couch for my new office. Having had pretty good experience with Ashley furniture in the past, I looked there first. Natalie was super helpful, funny and was not at all pushy. I left Ashley without making a purchase. After checking out a couple other places I still really liked what I found at Ashley. Natalie was able to help me complete the purchase over the phone and has followed up with me several times to make sure I was happy. It was a great experience and amazing service from Natalie! I would highly recommend her to friends and family.
Got my furniture last week delivered from Ashley and was pleasantly ahead of schedule! I had a fantastic experience with Cameron at the store who helped me with all of my options and was very patient while I changed my mind a dozen times as we went through the store! He was great and answered all my questions and gave me ideas highly recommend him! The delivery was also great they set everything up and were nice and polite. Overall great experience and I will certainly be back for future home furnishings!
My sales person was Clinton R. and he was absolutely amazing. I told him what I wanted, my budget and he made it all happen for me. There was a small issue with the finance department but Clinton promptly took care of it and made sure my furniture was delivered as expected. I have had my bed for almost 6 months and I love it. If I need furniture in the future I will definitely be going back to Ashley's. Clinton's excellent customer service has earned them my repeat business and my referral to family and friends.
Ashley’s has great furniture and great prices. Very pleased with my purchase. Our salesperson Natalie Gaunt was fantastic helping me pick out what I was looking for especially on such a short time frame I had. She has such a great personality it made shopping for my pieces enjoyable. Will definitely be going back!!
