I, currently, see Dr. France, but have been told that he’s winding down his practice due to retirement. Therefore, I’ll be seeing Dr. Sitz in February. I get my allergy shots every 3 weeks now. It’s very easy and accommodating. They provide a card that you swipe on a computer that notifies them that you are there for your shot! One problem I had was that someone in the Little Rock office was rude to my Pharmacist, but an apology was extended. Second problem was that I missed an appointment because my dog of 11+ years had gotten sick and passed away. They tried to charge me a missed appointment fee of $25 and refused to give me my allergy shot! So, I told them that I would find another doctor! About 5 minutes after I left, they called and said they wouldn’t charge me the $25 and I could get my shot. Some of the personnel in the Little Rock office need to have an attitude adjustment! No problems for about 6 months now! Will revisit this review in February.
