Good store, good people.
Well stocked. Neat and orderly, which is saying a lot for these stores. I've seen some where they let things slip.
At checkout there was only one human checker. Everything all was self checkout. Kinda bothered by this. I know it's the wave of the future, but it's actually much slower and inefficient to put your stuff up on the belt and scan and bag it. Especially if you have a good bit of stuff.
Also getting hard to find good help in the store. Last time I went I asked for a product, they told me they didn’t have it. Asked if any other stores near here had it and they told me that they didn’t know and that I should call and ask the other stores. There was no interest in providing customer service and they acted like it was a burden to even ask a question.
The location is easily accessible and the employees have always been both polite and helpful! Target has several unique products along with the everyday household items you may need.
Sean in electronics at this store was very helpful and informative. He was busy with other customers the day after Christmas but still took the time to help me out with purchasing headphones.
Much smoother flow when the effort is spread out like team work between you and the cashier. You putting stuff up on the belt, cashier scanning them. Hopefully stores stop going to such an extreme ratio and have a bit more balance between cashier's versus self checkout.
Store standards have constantly gone down. Always dirty and things everywhere. Fixtures just hang into the aisle ways. And half the time there is so much in the aisles that you can’t get by with a buggie.
This is my favorite Target. It's conveniently located, has a great selection, carries more stuff in store than other Central Arkansas locations, has friendly staff, and is by far cleaner than the Little Rock and NLR locations. I find that people love Target in general. I frequently buy gift cards here for my real estate clients who buy a new home and even my daughter's elementary aged friend's for birthdays. Everyone can find something at Target and you get such an upgraded experience vs shopping at Walmart. If they were open til 11 pm most days like the Little Rock locations they would get 5 stars.
