I've been to a lot of body repair shops in my 83 years, but Service King of Bryant, Arkansas is, by far, the best. Quick, friendly and efficient service that exceeded my expectations, and all at no charge!
Don’t expect your car to be perfectly fixed, they apparently have high tolerances. So expect some gaps bigger and tighter than they should be. Also I had to take my Honda HRV back twice because some parts in the engine bay were not reattached properly and dangling in the bay. Also they were unable to fix my window and told me that they would have to take it to Honda. Which I wish I would have went there in the first place. I will say, they do have great customer service. Unfortunately they don’t work on the vehicles.
The people working here are great. After an insurance claim repair they fixed a glass replacement issue the glass installers (other company) created when the rear glass was replaced on my vehical.
Ask for Allan. He is great. I use him anytime I need body work.
This place did a great job after our recent fender bender. Alan gave us a very accurate estimate on total repair time and he kept us updated through all the repairs. They drove our vehicle after repairs were complete and found a minor issue that they promptly took care of before returning the vehicle to us. Very great group of folks and very professional. I don't want to have to go back, but if we need to I'd be happy to use these folks again!
