This other worker finished her client then I was approached after 40 minutes of sitting there. She had tattoos on her hands and gray and black hair. Without looking at my hair I was told I had box color on my hair it would not mix well with the color they use as I wanted caramel highlights. I would not like the out come I needed to come in and see the manager the next day she also told me. I asked why did I need to come back the next day I needed my hair done then. She kept repeating the same thing over again. I have colored and highlighted hair for 22 yrs. I am 43 I have used the salon in Benton before. After this treatment I will not use any of the locations and I will no longer purchase my family's hair care products from any of them. After I left that day I did go to Guys and Gals and was able to get the highlights done. They did Great..

I went last week to the Benton location was told she couldn't do my hair because it was box color on it. I called the Bryant location advised of the situation I was told come in and this could be done. I get there only two people working. The Smart-Style hair salon located inside the Bryant Walmart is probably the best salon in Bryant. There are many very talented beautician's that work there. Don't let the walmart location fool u most of the stylist decided to work at the Smart Style location so they would not have to rent a booth and worry about the taxes and sort. These stylist are very professional and many have years of experience. I have been using the Smart-Style in Bryant walmart for at least 7 years and CHRISTY has been my stylist for that entire time. I would not use anyone else because she is the best.
