After a fun day with friends, we were hungry and tired. RT was perfect place for a pit stop. Our meals were excellent, prompt, w/ amazing fresh salad bar. Our waitress was the best. She made our experience delightfil. Glad we came.
Good tasting food, and I didn't have an issue with service. Portions at dinner were more like an appetizer, so the price is way off for how little food you get. Pay $17 for a dish and get 5 ounces of salmon, leave hungry. Won't be coming back.
The service was fantastic! The food came without delay and with a smile. The food however, didn't make me want to come back. There was nothing about it that stood out from any other restaurant chain cuisine. If the food could match the service I'd eat there more often.
Rating the trip a 4 star simply because of service. There was very loud chatter (almost yelling) in the kitchen. Wait staff kept apologizing to the guests. Food was great.. It was just the wrong food. There was a manager in training walking around table tapping. I would have hid if I was him. There was obviously "uppers" there. A laptop was set up and papers spread across the table. The screen was on to where I could see a header that said Ruby Tuesdays. But never saw the person that the computer belonged to the whole time I was there.
We went here for lunch they were not very busy. The lady who seated us also waited on us. She was rude she ended up leaving and giving her tables away. We found out later it was the start of her vacation. After taking our order she never came back she did her side job so she could leave. We had to get up ask for refills on our drinks , condiments and to-go boxes. It was better years ago looks like it's running down
